Product Guarantee

All New Products

Exakt Products have been carefully tested and inspected before shipment and are guaranteed to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, except where tools are hired out.

If your product becomes defective, within the guarantee period, due to faulty materials or workmanship, we guarantee to replace all defective parts, or at our discretion, replace the unit free of charge, provided that:

• A dated receipt of purchase is supplied.
• The product is returned to us through our authorised repairers or to us directly.
• The product has been used for the purposes it was intended and within its consumer classification.
• No attempt has been made by unauthorised repairers to effect a repair.
• The failure does not represent normal wear and tear.

This guarantee applies in lieu of any other guarantee expressed or implied and variations of its terms are not authorised. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Refurbished Products

Refurbished (Graded) Products have a 90 day guarantee, from date of purchase.

All graded products are inspected and tested before sale and are covered by the 90 day guarantee – if there are any defects with the tool within this period, it can be immediately returned to Exakt for repair.
